Same procedure introduced here: #40075, which is: playing by the Traditional Rules along with the plus of Multishots.

This leads to Skip after successfully completing a task and then, follow the "Wind Rules" to make progress through the others:

<< Blue wind = Go +1 forward.
>> Red wind = Go +2 forward.
— - No wind = Go +3 forward.
